Very Happy (Field Hockey)

Have now used the product a couple of times now. Very decent tracking. One thing that might be good to build into the next firmware update, is the ability to record at the end of the hockey pitch rather than side. This would probably be a good addition as I know many national hockey teams prefer this angle.

Better than expected

Last week my pix4team robot arrived and now I had a chance for a first test (handball). And I have to say, the results are better than expected. Yes, there are still some situations, that could be filmed better. But for me it was quite good straight out of the box. With some small adjustments and some firmware updates in the future it should get almost perfect I think

Rugby Videoing

I have used the pix4team to film rugby for a whole season now and it has been great. That's once I stopped messing with the settings or actually understood what each setting does! I can set the camera up and leave it to do it's thing. The only thing that is a little annoying is that it misses scrums, lineouts and breakdowns when they are on the same sideline as the robot (it tends to focus on the fullback for some reason. Or maybe it is movement on the opposite sideline?). But as soon as the play moves it quickly switches back to where the ball is. After the game it is easy to take the footage off the robot and camera and review it however I like. And a part from the issue I mentioned, everything is there to review. Great product. There are indeed still some actions like scrums, lineouts and breakdowns that could be tracked better and our R&D is currently working on that can for a next firmware update!
