Priscilla, rider and PIXEM user, live streams her wedding day using her auto-follow robot

“We used Pixem at our wedding in June 2021. My husband’s best friend being stuck in New Caledonia, we attached our tablet to the robot so he could participate in both ceremonies (Civil and Secular) with us, almost as if he were there! We were also supposed to use it to film our first dance, but we had so many things to manage that day that we forgot!”

Of course, this was not the main reason Priscilla started using PIXEM:

“I used PIXEM last year to participate in a virtual TREC competition.”

Now, the cameraman robot has become a true part of her equestrian routine.

“PIXEM is increasingly helping us film my sessions. I attach my iPhone to it and it allows me to keep some sessions recorded. Since my mare is in rehabilitation, it helps keep track and to show the videos to the veterinarians.”

All you need to do is set up the robot and your phone, then focus on the present moment whether it’s a lesson, coaching, a physiotherapy session... and afterward, you’ll have the video to work on sensitive points next time, missing no detail thanks to the tracking and automatic zoom. A real advantage for remote lessons with your coach.

“It’s an option I’ve barely used yet due to my mare’s convalescence, but it’s very practical for the coach to have the phone automatically zoom on us. And it allows him to follow without the cameraman getting dizzy.”
