MOVE 'N SEE CARE is an exclusive option for PIXEM 2 and PIX4TEAM 2 robots, whether you purchase or rent them. This option is linked to a single robot: for multiple robots, multiple options must be taken out.
The MOVE 'N SEE CARE option does not apply to accessories (cameras, masts, etc.), which remain covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. In case of an issue, our teams will support you in applying this warranty.
When can you subscribe to MOVE 'N SEE CARE?
Subscription to MOVE 'N SEE CARE is only possible at the time of purchase or rental of your robot. It is not possible to subscribe later.
What MOVE 'N SEE CARE includes:
Fast replacement of your PIXEM 2 and PIX4TEAM 2 robot in case of breakdown or damage, even for issues not covered by the warranty (accidental drop, connector broken due to mishandling)
No stress: as soon as we receive your defective device, we ship a replacement robot within 2 business days, without waiting for the end of the diagnosis or repair.
Replacement of PIXEM 2 and PIX4TEAM 2 robots is limited to 1 replacement per 12-month subscription period to the MOVE 'N SEE CARE option.
Loss or theft of the equipment is not covered by this option.
Replacement of your PIXEM 2 batteries
We replace your PIXEM 2 batteries if their capacity drops below 75% of their initial capacity, with a limit of one replacement every 2 years.
Coverage of return shipping costs
Shipping costs for your replacement product are included, regardless of the destination country!
Priority technical support
Our teams give priority treatment to your support requests.
Warranty extension
Enjoy an extended warranty for your robot for the entire duration of your subscription, up to a maximum of 5 years.
