How does the upgrade work?
You will receive your personalized password by email. This password will allow you to add PIXEM features to the PIXIO robot of your choice.
Update your PIXIO robot with the latest PIXIO software version.
Install the PIXEM app on your phone or tablet.
Once the PIXEM app is launched, pair your phone or tablet with the PIXIO robot.
When prompted, enter the unique password into the PIXEM app (your phone or tablet must be connected to the internet for this step).
Your PIXIO is now compatible with the PIXEM app.
