Have now used the product a couple of times now. Very decent ball tracking however really struggles with passes over 50 metres to track the ball. One thing that might be good to build into the next firmware update, is the ability to record at the end of the hockey pitch rather than side. This would probably be a good addition as I know many national hockey teams prefer this angle.
Last week my pix4team handball robot arrived and now I had a chance for a first test. And I have to say, the results are better than expected. Yes, there are still some situations, that could be filmed better. But for me it was quite good straight out of the box. With some small adjustments and some firmware updates in the future it should get almost perfect I think
We have tried to record 3 games so far, 1st game only recorded 6 minutes, 2nd game did not record at all and the 3rd it recorded but the camera not once followed a play. iPad could not connect with equipment, kept getting the same message "UNALBE OT CONNECT". deleted the app multiple times and the problem continued. MOVE N SEE do not have a customer service number in the US. So if you live in the US I suggest you really consider buying this product we are really in our own for help.
There is no option or we have not found the way in the app to start recording from the app. You have to start recording 15 minutes before the game starts, extend the tripod to the high desired and then do all the steps to set up the camera. I hope next software upgrade you can do all that from the app, START, PAUSE AND STOP recording.
SO far I do not think buying this recording device was a good investment, I really hope things get better.

Tripod does NOT fold all the way, there is a screw/bold that prevent folding correctly. It did no come with a bag either, how are we supposed to carry this thing everywhere!!.
Requested for a tripod that folds properly or my money back, 1 week and company has ignored 2 emails so far.
We replied to your email last week regarding your problem with folding the stand. Did you receive our reply (if not, it might be useful to check your spam)?

First, let me start by saying it does work as it is supposed to. However, instillation is nearly impossible. The band is held on by two unbelievably tiny pins that are very sharp and extremely fiddly. It took me a half an hour to get the receiver on the band. Secondly, the armband is very long, so much so that we had to double it over to have it tight enough. The arm band does work and it is quite comfortable but I suggest putting it on when you are feeling very, very patient.
PS. To get the pins in you will need a credit card to hold the end. Good luck!

Don't be scared to spend some money on it, it's a great tool, easy to handle and really useful on daily basis.
I use it with Iphone 12 pro max and even when I am quite far from the robot the zoom is totally effective and gives clean fine video.

For month Ago I received my pixem system. I couldn’t use it in a correct way because the smartphone holder was in a bad condition. Same day I received it I wrote to Cc and Laure, fast respond and that was it. They promised to send a new with express, after 10 days I asked again about the express service and they promised to fixed it. We shall say that normal service when you order is 3-5 days ,Monday 10 of may and I can still not use my system in a correct way. So think about that before you order, hope we can come back and give feedback on the product, if it will be solved.
The replacement smartphone holder was shipped immediately after your request. We have just checked the tracking. The parcel remained in dropping point all this time and was sent back to us last week. We apologize on behalf of the carrier if you did not received this information. A second replacement product was shipped yesterday in priority.
